A company anniversary like no other.

A rather reserved company wanted to do something completely different for its 75th anniversary. They wanted to showcase how international, diverse, and exciting their organization truly is – even to their own employees. And we achieved this with an unconventional idea that was consistently implemented: We sent an employee on a year-long journey around the world in order to emotionally convey the company's international nature and diversity to colleagues and clients. In a multi-media blog that grew over the course of a whole year to become an emotional focal point of internal brand and employer communication.
